An "ideal" Midtown location "near Rockefeller Center" and Radio City Music Hall propels this mostly "convention hotel" up a notch; most find it "pretty classy considering the volume of traffic" and the "whirlwind atmosphere" in the lobby, citing the "tastefully decorated", "newly remodeled" rooms with "plush" beds and "flat-screen TVs"; but others are vexed by all the "noise" from large groups, the "fee for storing luggage" and the "disorganized" staff's attitude (luckily there's an "automated" check-in and -out service).

Wonderful location - close to TImes Square in NY.

Our room was probably the worst room in the whoe hotel: small and not updated.

The hotel was overall very nice, but our particular room was so so. My husband and I were not asked whether we prefer one or two beds and we were given a very small room with two double beds. We did not complain though. ...read more

Great location, nice bathroom.

Smaller room (well, it's NYC), bed somewhat too soft.

Typical Hilton rooms, a bit smaller than usual, upgraded bathrooms with big showers. The lobby with its hustle and bustle is like a small city by itself.
